Lieven Brebels is an experimental social and organizational psychologist focused on both fundamental questions and applications in behavioural science, with a specific interest in behavioural ethics. He teaches decision-making and leadership in the master of business administration at the Faculty of Economics and Business of KU Leuven. His research is focused on the importance of self and identity concerns in how people make judgments about fairness and in how they respond to those judgments. He is part of Caffè Sappienza, a KU Leuven center that is aimed at increasing organizations’ internal capacity for evidence-based management and decision-making.
